Tacos and Kimchi

Grayson and Alex restart the show by starting where they left off, La Cabana del Tio.
We went to La Cabana del Tio, it's a throw back to our show's roots - it's been 10 years and it hasn't changed a bit. The tacos are exactly the same.
We ordered a couple tacos de cabeza (face meat), couple carnitas and a cheese tostada.
The real star here is the tacos de cabeza. If you've never had it, you have to try it. It's very rich in flavor and delicious. Straight up Mexican street food, that's where it is.
We've been to Mexico City recently, and we had real tacos de cabeza on the street - and there's not much of a difference - same hand made tortillas and stewed head meat.
And there's a lot more different food than what we even scratched the surface on. For example, they have huitlacoche (pronounced whee-tla-KOH-cheh), fungus growing on corn, a real delicacy. So, they mix it up. It's not just tacos.
